Just how does a rider prepare for a 24-hour cycling event? There’s no better man to ask than our own James Williamson, who scorched the field at the Adrenalin World Solo Championships mountain bike race in Canada several months ago. Williamson dominated early on ahead of evergreen enduro star Tinker Juarez, but after about eight hours (a regular working day for most people), Juarez pulled away from Williamson, only to later drop out with vision problems caused by mud from the soggy course. Williamson returned to the lead and proved unstoppable.
