Monday
"I train twice a day. I do a conditioning session in the morning, which is reps of 400m - quite hard for a sprinter. In the afternoon I do a hurdles session, so I have quite a bit of time in between to relax and get ready."
Tuesday
"A gym session in the morning, consisting of heavy weights, unless I’m tapering down, in which case it's lighter weights. In the afternoons I do a sprint session. At the moment I'm in base training, so it's not really sprinting. We might do reps of 300m, or 200m and 150m."
Wednesday
"My relaxing day. I do a pool session in the morning, which is sprinting in the water, without a flotation device."
Thursday
"A double session, but light. In the afternoon I'll do a hurdles session, which will be a lot lighter than Monday's hurdles, because on Thursdays I have sprints straight after."
Friday
"Gym in the morning, then in the afternoon it’s a plyometrics session, which is bounding and jumping. It's probably my favourite session because it's something totally different than what I'm used to."
Saturday
"I have a pool session in the morning, then the rest of the day off."
Sunday
"A full day off, which I always look forward to during the week.”
