Canon has given the world a sneak peek behind the scenes at the amazing haul of camera gear they have stockpiled to support Olympic photographers.
The camera giants have taken 1500 of their best lenses and 950 of their top of the range camera bodies as back up for the legion of snappers working at the Games.
And in a store room at the main Games HQ, they have shelves stocked floor to ceiling with the best sports camera gear money can buy...
Meanwhile over at Getty, their photographers will loaded out with more than $50,000-worth of equipment each in 25kg camera bags - working out at $2,000 a kilo!
Each snapper will have four Canon 1Dx bodies plus six of the best lenses in the world, plus two flashes. Getty specialists will also be using 360 degree cameras plus another 20 robotic and underwater cameras.
