AFL coaches Chris and Brad Scott will miss Friday’s National Draft following the death of their younger brother Ben.
The 37-year-old reportedly died from an unusual nut allergy.
His mother Lynne Scott told the Herald Sun Ben died Monday after eating food delivered to his Melbourne home.
"He's been aware of it all his life and he was very, very careful," Ms Scott said.
Kangaroos coach Brad Scott's club said in a staement: "The chairman, directors, players and staff of the North Melbourne Football Club deeply regret the passing of Ben Scott.
"Our sincere condolences to the Scott family."
Geelong did not comment as per Chris’s wishes.
