Greg Bird has been fined $550 following his alleged drunken antics in Byron Bay.
The 32-year-old was ejected from an establishment for being too intoxicated following a separate incident with security at another pub.
He has subsequently been released from the Titans and signed a five-year deal with Super League club Catalans.
"A man has been issued with an infringement notice after an incident in Byron Bay in September," a police statement said.
"On Saturday 17 September 2016 it's alleged a 32-year-old man was asked to leave a licensed premises by security staff but failed to comply.
"The man was assisted out of the location by a friend with no further incident.
"On 17 October 2016 the man was issued an infringement for excluded person fail to leave premises when required ($550)."
Bird was on his last warning at the Gold Coast after a string off off-field incidents and would have likely been shown the door anyway.
