Brisbane’s preparations for Friday night's elimination final against the Titans is in tatters with centre Tom Opacic ruled out with a shoulder injury.
The setback comes just days after centre Jack Reed retired due to shoulder complaints.
Jordan Kahu will shift from the wing to centre with youngster Jonus Pearson to take his place on the flank.
Pearson has made just one NRL appearance and is sure to be targeted by the Gold Coast.
The Titans remain unchanged.
