Utility Lovodua has been promoted to the full-time development player squad and has had his contract extended for a further 12 months.

The 19-year-old played four Tests for Fiji at last year's World Cup.

A Hurtsville United junior, Lovodua can play at halfback, five-eighth, hooker and lock.

Kerr will now remain at the Dragons until at least the end of the 2019 NRL season.

The 21-year-old played every game for Illawarra in the NSW Cup last year.

A former Queensland Under-20s front-rower, Kerr is aiming to make his NRL debut this season.
