The NRL confirmed Tuesday afternoon it has concluded its investigation into Andrew Fifita.
An NRL spokesman said Fifita had been issued with a breach notice relating to his public support of convicted one-punch killer Kieran Loveridge.
Fifita met with the Integrity Unit Tuesday following the submission of information from NSW police last week.
Fifita has five business days to respond to the allegations in the breach notice.
