Brisbane are without six Origin stars for their match against the Warriors this Saturday with Roberts suffering an ankle injury.

Gun hooker Andrew McCullough is out with concussion and may not return compounding the Broncos’ woes.

Halfback ben Hunt is expected to return and will be partnered in the halves by Benji Marshall who enjoyed a solid return for Redcliffe at the weekend following a broken wrist.

Wayne Bennett will be scraping the barrel for a side and is without Origin stars Matt Gillett, Sam Thaiday, Corey Oates, Anthony Milford, Darius Boyd and Josh McGuire.Â
