Hurrell joined the Titans mid-way through 2016 and made 10 appearances, scoring three tries.

The 25-year-old made his NRL debut for the Warriors in round one of season 2012.

“I’ve enjoyed every minute I’ve spent on the Gold Coast and since I’ve arrived, I’ve really started to enjoy my footy again,” Hurrell said.

“We’ve got a great bunch of guys and off the back of a finals appearance last year, I hope we can continue our rise as a club.

“Everyone at the club has been so supportive since I joined and I just hope I can repay them over the coming years by playing some good football.”

Head Coach Neil Henry is happy to have the signature of Hurrell secured.

“Konrad has really impressed me since arriving at the club,” Henry said. “His attitude and work ethic has been excellent and he is a key member of our team moving forward.”

“Whilst he has had a chequered pre-season due to injury, it’s a credit to him that he’s now ready for round one.

“It’s great that we have been able to retain him and I am sure that our members and fans are very happy to see him commit to the Titans for a further two seasons.”
