The 28-year-old fended-off big offers from Parramatta, Newcastle and Souths to stay in the Kennel.
Tolman is highly respected among the playing group and has been a cornerstone of the Bulldogs pack for many years.
The father of three said he was ecstatic to have sewn up his long-term future.

"At the end of the day I'm grateful to be playing this sport and to be part of this great club,” he said.
“I love playing here and always wanted to stay, so I'm happy that we have reached an agreement.
"I really enjoy the set up here and I'm pleased that everything has been sorted out. I'm now looking forward to the season and helping the Bulldogs achieve success on the field."
