A disheveled Ben Cousins has left Armadale Magistrates Court on bail after being arrested yesterday for alleged possession of meth and breaching a restraining order of the mother of his children.
The former Brownlow Medallist, who spent Monday night in lock-up, had a beard and was wearing tracksuit pants and an old green hoodie.
His Lawyer Damian Cripps told the court Cousins was not able to put up a surety on his charges, but police prosecutors did not oppose granting Cousins bail.
He is not permitted within 50 metres of his former partner and was instructed to only contact her by text message in regards to access of their two children aged five and three.
Cousins will appear again next month.
