The GWS Giants have snapped up former Fremantle midfielder Tommy Sheridan as a delisted free agent.
Sheridan, who played 81 games and kicked 31 goals across seven seasons with the Dockers, will join the orange and charcoal for the 2019 season.
The Victorian was originally drafted with pick 16 in the 2011 NAB AFL Draft and played 13 games for the West Australian side in 2018.
GIANTS List Manager Jason McCartney said the 25-year-old is a welcome addition to the club.
“We’re excited to be able to add Tommy to our list for the 2019 season,” McCartney said. “He’s an absolute running machine and as a result is a really versatile option for us.
“We see an important role for him on the wing but can he can also play through the midfield as well.
“He’s a quality person who knows many of the guys on our list already, so we anticipate he’ll seamlessly transition into our club culture and life in Sydney.”
Sheridan was also part of the 2015 Fremantle side that made it through to a preliminary final, when he averaged 18 disposals in 19 games.
