Fairfax Media reported assistant coach Willie Peters and head of high performance Dan Ferris were the men involved.

Police issued Peters with an infringement notice for offensive behaviour.

“The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have been made aware of an incident involving two members of our coaching staff yesterday evening,” Manly said via a club statement on Thursday morning.

“The club has commenced an internal review into the matter.

“We have notified the NRL Integrity Unit that we have commenced our review and will keep them fully informed.”

The altercation follows Manly’s early exit from the finals after their 22-10 loss to Penrith on Saturday night.

More to come.
