The Dragons will be without Benji Marshal for Friday night's crucial match against the Titans after the star half pulled out with hamstring troubles.
It is the club’s latest injury blow after it was confirmed fullback Josh Dugan would miss up to six weeks with a broken jaw suffered in Wednesday night’s final State of Origin match.
Friday's game was set to mark Marshall’s 250th NRL match but he will likely have to wait until next week’s fixture against his former club the Wests Tigers to bring up the milestone.
Marshall’s absence comes as the Dragons fight to stay in the top eight.
Josh McCrone is expected to be his replacement.
