St Kilda are in the hunt for suspended Essendon star Michael Hurley.
The club is hopeful of securing his services should the All-Australian decide to leave the Bombers.
Hurley was suspended following Essendon’s well-documented supplements saga.
The Saints have reportedly spoken to Hurley’s management and he is yet to declare whether he will remain with the Bombers next year.
Essendon has already retained half of the 12 suspended players, including free agent Cale Hooker.
Dyson Heppell amd Tom Bellchambers have also extended their deals with the Bombers, while Travis Colyer, David Myers and Heath Hocking all agreed to new contracts.
