Two Super Rugby franchises are set to swoop on Andrew Fifita.
The 27-year-old has spoken of his desire to potentially leave the NRL and final two-years of his Cronulla contract following his omission from the Australian team.
Fifita is under investigation by the NRL integrity unit following links to one-punch killer Kieran Loveridge.
The Super Rugby clubs are from Australia and New Zealand.
Fifita scored the winning try in the Sharks grand final win, their first in 50 years and was arguably the best player on ground.
He has admitted to speaking with Cronulla CEO Lyall Gorman about a possible exit from the game.
“…I’ve already approached my management team, already had talks with the CEO about going elsewhere. Different codes,” Fifita told Alan Jones on his Sky News program Jones & Co.
