Wallabies star Adam Ashley-Cooper has pulled his hamstring after an attempt to make a viral video went horribly wrong.
In his Get Out Challenge video Ashley-Cooper runs on the bitumen towards the camera and quickly darts to the right, injuring his leg in the process.

Ashley-Cooper then tweeted a photo of himself with a compression sleeve over his injured leg.
Fellow Wallabies player Matt Giteau, who plays for French club Toulon, tweeted "worth it... #GetOutOfTrainingChallenge".

"Head up old son. You'll be back soon. #portchoawaits" said Kurtley Beale.
Ashley-Cooper’s current French Rugby contract ends this season.Â
The extent of the damage is unknown.Â
