The Western Force failed to overturn the ARU’s axing of the Super Rugby club.
The NSW Supreme Court today ruled against them.
The court ruled a new SANZAAR broadcast agreement of 15 teams was legally binding.
The decision effectively ends a participation agreement between the ARU and Western Force until December 31, 2020.
RugbyWA are within their rights to challenge the decision in the High Court of Australia.
