The Wallabies performed bravely throughout the duration of the World Cup. Overcoming a grueling pool of death consisting of the likes of Wales and host England, the men in green and gold battled through to the final but the dream was put to halt by old foe, the All Blacks.

Arguably the greatest rugby side in history, New Zealand broke records during the 2015 campaign. Largest win in a knockout match, first nation to defend their title, first nation to win three Rugby World Cups, and ended the curse of  the All Blacks not being able to win the Web Ellis Cup on foreign soil.

A 34-17 effort was enough for the All Blacks to lift the trophy at Twickenham.
