Aussie John Millman has stunned the US Open with a four set victory over Roger Federer in the round of 16.
Despite Federer delivering 12 aces to Millman's 8, and most of the other stats stacked against the 29 year old from Brisbane, the Aussie managed to finish off the Swiss tennis legend in a tie break.
Millman – ranked 52nd in the world going into the tournament – lost the first set 6-3 but then fought for every single point to the grim death for three more sets, taking them 7-5, 7-6, 7-6.
Bathed in sweat on the final matchpoint, Millman calmly celebrated when Federer's return landed beyond the baseline, giving his Aussie opponent a hard-earned victory.
Despite that though, Millman's post-match attention was next on who would be picked for his fantasy football team...
