Reece Hodge will line-up at five-eighth in place of Bernard Foley who has a virus, while Karmichael Hunt will miss the match in Yokohama with an injured neck.

Kurtley Beale shuffles from inside centre to fullback to cover Hunt’s absence.

Hodge will likely take over as goalkicker from Foley after potting two difficult penalty shots under pressure against the All Blacks in Brisbane last month.

The Wallabies should lose little in the kicking department with Foley struggling with the boot for some time.

Halfback Will Genia (calf) will also miss the Test giving Nick Phipps a start.
