Often our NRL heroes aren’t just the blokes who score the tries and kick the goals. The sport’s clipboard-carriers hold a special place in the hearts and minds of rugby league followers, too.
Some of our all-time favourite rugby league coaches are famous crankers, some are like father figures to their players (and their fans), some are revolutionary thinkers, while others we love just for the fact they put their hand up and had a crack at the hardest role in rugby league.
