Olympic great Grant Hackett has been arrested on the Gold Coast.
His father Nev told The Gold Coast Bulletin the arrest was over “mental health issues” but would not make further comment.

Witnesses allege he was stabbing a chopping board with a knife and was taken from his parents home by police.
He has been taken to Southport police watchhouse.
