Jarryd Hayne has broken his silence surrounding his NRL future.
Hayne has reportedly told the Titans he does not intend to return.
The former Eel is expected to return to Parramatta for around $500,000 a season, significantly less than the $1.2 million he was set to earn at the Gold Coast in 2018.
The 29-year-old has repeatedly denied reports he is leaving, however, he reportedly began telling senior Titans staff of his intentions on Thursday.
Hayne copped heat for holding off on telling the Gold Coast he was set to walk in order to collect two monthly payments of $90,000 while on leave following the World Cup.
Titans will make it official later today https://t.co/wokl8aeR22
