If found guilty, the rookie will be sacked by the Sea Eagles.

Fainu will face Fairfield Local Court on August 7.

It is alleged that Fainu engaged in consensual sex with the woman involved but she was unaware of being filmed. He allegedly deleted the post and was charged by police.

The police offence states Fainu “intentionally recorded intimate images without consent”.

The 19-year-old made his NRL debut at hooker against Penrith last weekend.

Fainu is still expected to be named in the Manly side for next weekend's match against the Melbourne Storm.
