Chris McQueen is set to sign a $1.2 million deal with the Tigers.
The 29-year-old Titan is off-contract this year after spending two seasons on the glitter strip.
The second-rower has been in top form this campaign and will add vital experience to the struggling Wests outfit.
The deal is believed to be for three seasons, taking McQueen up to his 33rd birthday.
The former Rabbitoh spent seven seasons at Redfern, culminating with the 2014 premiership.
The Titans would only offer him a $600,000 two-year deal.
