The Sydney Roosters have suffered a blow with star centre Latrell Mitchell to miss next weekend's elimination final through suspension.
Mitchell was unsuccessful in having his Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge overturned at the NRL Judiciary.
The centre was cited for an incident in the 42nd minute of the Roosters Qualifying Finals match against Cronulla.
The Tricolors will now take on the winner of the clash between the Rabbitohs and the Dragons without the outside back.
