North Melbourne have delisted veteran forward Lindsay Thomas, it was announced on Friday.
North and Thomas came to agreement as the 29-year-old pursues other opportunities.
He spent 11 seasons at the club, having made his debut in 2007 after being picked at No.53 in the previous year's draft.
Thomas is expected to join Port Adelaide for the 2018 AFL season.
“On behalf of the club we would like to thank Lindsay for his professionalism over the past eleven seasons," North GM Football Cameron Joyce said.
"Linds has played some outstanding footy in his time and was widely regarded as one of the most potent, electric small forwards in the game.
“He is an intelligent and determined footballer that played with a tremendous amount of passion and desire.
"He played with his heart on his sleeve and overcame some huge challenges to carve out a fantastic career at North at the highest level."
