Australian opener Matt Renshaw will not take part in the rest of the third Test against Pakistan due to concussion.
The youngster was struck by a ball to the head while fielding in close on day three of on Thursday.
He also copped a hit to the head while batting in the first innings.
Australian team doctor Peter Brukner said Renshaw passed concussion tests on Thursday night, but medicos decided on Friday morning to withdraw him due to concussion.
