UFC star Conor McGregor has reportedly had a run-in with one of Ireland’s biggest mobsters.
Irish news outlets including the Irish Daily Star are reporting McGregor allegedly brawled with three men at Black Forge Inn in Crumlin, Dublin, on Sunday.
One of the men McGregor allegedly fought with is the father of the gang's crime lieutenant, Graham “The Wig” Whelan.
Whelan is one of Ireland's most feared crime figures with reports stating he now wants retribution of $1.4 million.
There are some strong rumours going around that McGregor was out last night in quite the drunken state in Crumlin, Ireland and got into an altercation with a young man.. no major reports of it yet but a fair few people have spoken about it on social media.. pic.twitter.com/gWt7dHfxnM

Irish police are said to be aware of the claims but will not take action unless they receive a complaint.
UFC boss Dana White said he hasn’t spoken with McGregor and believes the claims are false.
“No, [I don’t know anything about it], but I don’t think it’s true,” White said. “Conor can walk down the street and it’s big news now. If this is true, I just have to believe it would be off-the-charts crazy.”
McGregor and his management have not yet responded to the reports.
