The Sydney Roosters have appointed the colourful coaching mentor who helped Michael Maguire and South Sydney win the 2014 NRL grand final.
Bradley Charles Stubbs, known as the 'Coach Whisperer', is working with Roosters coach Trent Robinson.
Stubbs was seen sitting in the Roosters coaching box during Friday's defeat against the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.
Inside Sport understand the coaching guru has been working with Robinson for the past month.
Stubbs worked with Maguire when Souths ended its long premiership drought in 2014. He has also had success with Wallabies coach Michael Cheika and England boss Eddie Jones.
For the past two years Stubbs has helped Sydney FC coach Graham Arnold in the A-League.
Sydney FC have won back-to-back Premiers Plates, one Grand Final and the FFA Cup since 2016.
