A Victorian state league footballer has been suspended for six months for inserting his finger up a fellow player’s rectum.
South Melbourne’s Kristian Konstantinidis was charged with ‘inappropriate physical conduct’ on St Albans winger Joseph Monek.
The incident was heard at a Football Federation Victoria tribunal hearing on Wednesday night.
The alleged incident happened on March 12 during South Melbourne’s 2-0 win over St Albans.
NRL star John Hopoate was suspended for similar acts during his career.
