The New South Wales Waratahs have stripped Nick Phipps of the captaincy after he urinated on a bar during his bucks party.
Phipps was also fined $4,000, but will be eligible to play against the Blues this weekend after avoiding any further punishment.
The 61-test Wallaby told the media he was "a bloody idiot" and a "goose" for commiting the offence, which saw him ejected from the popular eastern suburbs venue on April 21.
Waratahs CEO said Phipp's $4,000 fine would be donated to the NSW Positive Rugby Foundation “to support community rugby activities”.
