Ray Hadley’s former wife has applied for an AVO against her former partner, NSW Blues State of Origin assistant coach Matt Parish.
Manly Local Court will hear the matter on March 2.
Suzanne Hadley became involved with Parish when she split from Hadley three years ago, the Daily Telegraph reports.

Suzanne Hadley and Parish separated more than six months ago, however the complaint was made to Manly police last week.
Parish played 55 matches for Balmain between 1989 and 1993 and has been assistant coach at North Queensland Cowboys and Manly Sea Eagles.
He was head coach Super League club the Salford City Reds.
Parish is head coach of Samoa and assistant NSW Blues coach under Laurie Daley.
