Brisbane Broncos star Joe Ofahengaue has been convicted of cheating during a casino poker game.
The 21-year-old was charged with cheating by fraudulent act after he tried to pocket $100 he did not legitimately win.
The incident occurred at Brisbane's Treasury Casino on April 8.
The court heard the forward slipped an extra $100 chip under his initial $15 chip after the bet was already won and pocketed the chip.
It was uncovered via surveillance footage.

He played in the Broncos 32-18 win over the Panthers on Thursday night.
Magistrate John McGrath fined him $400 and did not record a conviction.
The Broncos reported it to the NRL integrity unit.
It is not clear if Ofahengaue will be stood down for the offence, however, it is unlikely.
