Roosters forward Ryan Matterson will join Wests Tigers in 2019 on a three-year deal.
Matterson, who can cover five-eighth and centre as well as the back-row, made his NRL debut in 2016.
The 23-year-old has scored 10 tries 58 appearances.
He will joined at the Tigers by outside back Paul Momirovski for next season.
Momirovski is also leaving the Roosters and has signed a two-year deal with the joint-venture.
Meanwhile Bayley Sironen is leaving Wests to join South Sydney.
The utility has agreed to a one-year deal for 2019.
