Matt Moylan’s manager Allan Gainey has confirmed to Phil Gould his client will be staying at Penrith, Channel Nine reports.

Moylan relinquished the club captaincy recently after taking time away from football for what the club referred to as ‘personal reasons’.

He did not take part in the Panthers’ finals series and is nursing injury.

The Sharks, Tigers and Manly were reportedly interested in signing the 26-year-old, however, the star back will remain at the foot of the mountains.

More to come.
