Parramatta are not the only rival NRL club interested in Penrith winger Josh Mansour, with the Roosters and Bulldogs entering the fray.
Mansour, who has spent his whole career with the Panthers, is off-contract at the end of this season.
Competition for the Test flyer is growing, with the Eels reportedly keen on him.
Penrith have already seen stars Matt Moylan and Bryce Cartwright leave the club in the past few months.
Now the Panthers have a battle on their hands to keep hold of Mansour.
The Roosters and Canterbury are also believed to be in the hunt for the 27-year-old.
After debuting in 2012, Mansor has made 102 appearances for Penrith.
The winger averages a try in every second NRL game and has played three games for NSW and seven Tests for Australia.
