The video portrays a McLaren security guard investigating a possible break-in after an alarm went off. No intruder is detected, and instead he discovers various old orange-coloured McLarens (the M7A late 1960s F1 car, M8D Can-Am sports car and M16 Indycar) in the foyer of the McLaren Technology Centre.

An orange flash running through the historic McLarens then connects to what seems to be the new MCL33 F1 car – identifiable by the glimpse of the cockpit protection ‘Halo’ device which is mandatory in F1 this year.

McLaren will unveil the new Renault-powered MCL33 this Friday.
