The brother of Manly star Daly Cherry-Evans faced court on Wednesday on four counts of unregulated high-risk activities and six of trespass.
It is alleged Darcy Cherry-Evans unlawfully entered and climbed four Brisbane city buildings between March and May this year.
He's also accused of trespassing at an inner-city railway station.
The 20-year-old did not enter a plea in the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
The case was adjourned until September 14.
Speaking outside court, Darcy’s legal representative Adam Magill said the charges arose from photos on his client's phone.
"He was taking photos from high areas ... it appears from the angles it's from high-risk activity areas," he said.
"A lot of them (charges) in my opinion are duplicitous.”
