Titans CEO Graham Annesley has faced the media after a four-hour meeting to decide the futures of Jarryd Hayne and Neil Henry.
Powerbrokers called a meeting to discuss mounting tensions between the pair after Hayne told the Daily Telegraph he would leave the club if Henry did not want him there.
Hayne and Henry met with the board separately.
Annesley said nothing had been decided.
“This is really complex issue and not an easy one to resolve. Broader than it appears,” he said.
“The Board adjourned the meeting and will reconvene after considering all options. We are talking about people’s lives and livelihoods here.
“The club is hurting. We are just trying to get across those issues and make a decision to what way the club goes moving forward.
Henry said he does not expect a decision to be made before the Gold Coast face Parramatta on Thursday night.
Hayne told media he did not speak to with Henry during the week leading up to the Tians’ 42-16 loss to the Dragons on Friday.
Hayne remains under an injury cloud and may not face his former club.
